At Holiday Snacks Limited, we are dedicated to being the

We, as Top Management, are fully committed to providing a

work environment that fosters success, allocating necessary resources, and offering employee support to achieve our objectives effectively.

Compliance with Requirements:

Holiday Snacks Limited will manufacture and deliver products

that adhere to the highest food safety and quality standards. This includes meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as any specific customer requirements agreed upon mutually.

Objectives:

Each year, we will set specific, measurable, achievable,

relevant, and time-bound (S.M.A.R.T) quality and food-safety objectives. These objectives will play a pivotal role in enhancing the strategic direction of our company.

Continuous Improvement:

We conduct annual Senior Management reviews of the

performance of our Quality and Food Safety Management System to ensure its ongoing effectiveness and relevance. Additionally, we prioritize continuous training, education, and assessment of our staff to ensure their competency in matters related to Food Safety. We regularly review the performance of our Food Safety Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiate actions to improve the strategic effectiveness of our business processes. Furthermore, we evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain to meet the needs and requirements of both internal and external customers.
