Ingredients:                           

  • 2 red bell peppers  
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas     
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice   
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika  
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:         

  1. Roast the red bell peppers until charred, then peel and remove seeds. 
  2. Blend the roasted peppers, cooked chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and smoked paprika until smooth.    
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Serve with Tortillaz Spicy Cheese Flavour.
